GUIDANCE PROGRAM

The Guidance Program of St. Peter’s College of Toril, Inc. occupies an integral part of the educational process. It is fully concerned with the development of the individual person. It is organized and administered to increase the possibility for each individual to develop to the fullest extent possible his or her unique and God – given potentialities in order to be of service to God and to others. This is in consonance with the Mission of the school to commit itself to the Christian education of the youth.

LEARNING AND RESOURCE CENTER

The library and audio-visual center consist of print resources and the audio-visual or multi-sensory resources. This area is sometimes referred to as Learning Resource Center (LRC), Educational Media Center (EMC), Instructional Materials Center (IMC) or simply The Library or Media Center. It contains materials that are especially prepared, selected, organized and administered by competent librarians and staff specifically for the purpose of instruction and is not mere storage area.

OFFICE OF STUDENT AFFAIRS (OSA)

The Office of Student Affairs is a sub-unit of Integral Formation which strives for the development and implementation of various programs and services that focus on the non-academic aspects of student life. This program assists in nurturing a campus environment where academic and non-academic pursuits are balanced thereby making school life more interesting, enriching and worthwhile.

REGISTRAR’S OFFICE

The Registrar’s Office is an academic support unit of the school which administers operations in the areas of registration, student academic records, graduation and other related services. It serves as the main front line service unit of the school on curricular and academic matters.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT SERVICES OFFICE (CESO)

Formerly known as the Community Outreach Program (COP) Office, it serves as the schools’ access to neighboring communities and gives opportunity for its less fortunate members to receive outreach programs and services. Community Engagement Services Office focuses on programs and projects that will help the communities it serves grow in accordance with the JEEPGY Pillars of Transformative Education in order to build a strong, self-sufficient, productive, and developed community.

INSTITUTIONAL RESEARCH OFFICE

The Institution Research Office (IRO) of St. Peter’s College of Toril, Inc is the primary arm of the institution tasks of managing and overseeing the research programs, projects, and activities of the institution, both on the employee and student level. This is done in coordination with the different departments and offices of the school. Its function also includes the provision research opportunities and assistance to administrators, faculty members, academic teaching/non-teaching personnel, alumni and students who wish to undertake a research project in line with the research agenda and priority of the institution.

FINANCE OFFICE

Finance aims to provide quality service by carrying out the financial and business policies of the school, administering the physical assets, revenues and expenditures and controlling all auxiliary services of the school. It also aims to present financial information to enable decision-making that will ensure the school’s financial sustainability while exceeding customer expectations by providing friendly service.

CAMPUS MINISTRY OFFICE

The Campus Ministry Office aims to empower the SPCT community as a family of believers and evangelizers through the spiritual and religious formation and the promotion of faith in a Marian, Petrean and Riverian way.

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT OFFICE

The Human Resources Management Office is accountable for the talent acquisition and management, and organization development of qualified personnel to ensure SPCT employees are committed towards an aligned mission, vision and values to deliver excellent customer service.
