PAASCU Accredited Level II

The SPCT High School Department aims to produce graduates who:

1. are self-directed and self-disciplined evangelized- evangelizers;
2. demonstrate competence in all disciplines as preparation for college education;
3. are well-updated on social and global issues and responsive to the needs of the diverse concerns in the community;
4. lead in caring and nurturing human lives as well as the preservation and protection of the environment; and
5. practice the desirable Filipino values in dealing with others.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

Incoming Grade 7:

a. Must pass the entrance examination
b. Entrance Exam Result
c. Report Card
d. NSO Authenticated Birth Certificate (Original & Photocopy) e. Good Moral Certificate
f. 1 x 1 ID picture (3 pcs.)
g. Medical and Dental Certificates
h. Presence of Parent/Guardian during enrollment
i. Photocopy of DepEd permit or government recognition (from private schools)

Old Pupils:

a. Report Card
b. Presence of the Parent/Guardian during enrollment

Transferees:

a. Report Card
b. Average of at least 80%
c. No failing marks in all grading periods
d. Must pass the qualifying examination
e. Entrance Exam Result
f. NSO Authenticated Birth Certificate (Original & Photocopy)
g. Good Moral Certificate h. Medical and Dental Certificates
i. 3 pcs. 1 x 1 ID picture
j. Presence of Parent/Guardian during enrollment
k. Photocopy of DepEd permit or government recognition (from private schools)
l. ESC Certification (for ESC grantees)

Aliens:

a. Grade placement approved by DepEd
b. Photocopy of Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)
c. Birth Certificate (Original & Photocopy)
d. 3 pcs. 1 x 1 ID picture
